Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid, Free Parking – Skipton

Corecom Consulting is currently working with a company whose aim is to improve customer retention and decrease implementation's time-frame across three flagship products.
As a Professional Services Admin, you will be part of a weekly rota covering:
Managing Professional Services inbox
Proactively sanity checking customer systems
Communicating with customers to establish how to build the system
Using templates to build system according to customer specifications
Tracking systems' process on Salesforce
The successful candidate will have:
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets
Admin experience
Multi-tasking skills
Passion for team-work
GCSE or equivalent – Maths, English and Science
