We are recruiting for a Customer Success Executive based in Somerset, where you will be based on site in the office. The salary is £29,500 depending on your experience. If you have excellent relationship building skills, along with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs then let us tell you more! You will be provided with a company laptop and mobile phone, plus training and support throughout!
Duties will include:
Answer customer queries via phone, email and live chat in a timely manner
Ensure the customer's details are entered correctly and an in depth understanding of their requirements are captured
Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance
Provide training support to customers, to ensure they are using the system/technology effectively and efficiently
Follow up to make sure time-sheets are submitted and approved
Check and ensure compliance and documentation are always correct
