Job Description
We're looking for a customer success manager to join our SaaS client's growing sales and business development team.
The customer success manager represents the link between the customer, product development and the delivery teams.
Expect the role to include:
* Pick up relationship with new clients as part of the on-boarding process, providing advice and know-how.
* Act as 'the voice' of the client raising awareness of bugs and issues and ways to improve and streamline on-boarding process
* Educate clients on features and updates regarding the product that may be of value to the users.
* Maintain regular contact with clients during contract terms to ensure the relationship is maintained and primed for renewals and continuity of business.
