Customer Success Manager / Service Manager (M365)
Looking a Customer Success Manager or Service Manager that has experience in Microsoft Dynamics arena. You will be working for a Service Integrator and work with customers to manage / enhance / develop their Microsoft Dynamics environments. You will be advocating best of breed practices /implementations / ROIs.
Experience required below
High-level of knowledge around the M365 suite of applications
Good understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform
Demonstrable and proven knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
Demonstrable experience of implemented and governing standards for delivery with measurable success.This role would suit a Service Manager who has experience in the Dynamics arena.
This is a homeworking role but must be happy to go into the West Mldlands office 1 day a week
