Customer Support, Junior Support Analyst, 1st Line Support
Are you looking for an entry level role into IT? Do you have previous experience providing high-level customer service? Then this could be for you!
We’re looking for a 1st line Support Analyst to join a thriving manufacturing company based in North Oxfordshire. This is a great role, either for someone looking for their first entry-level role in IT, or an already established Support Analyst looking to build upon your career!
The IT Support Analyst will be the first point of contact providing high quality, dedicated support for IT related queries. With the opportunity to work across a wide range of hardware and software, troubleshooting issues across all types of devices (desk/laptops/tablets/printers/switches etc.), the IT Support Analyst role is not to be missed!
We’re looking for a bright, inquisitive, Support Analyst – you don’t need to know everything, but ideally, you might have experience including:
Previous customer service experience, even if this isn’t from an IT setting
Commercial 1st line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience would be a plus!
Any knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 would be highly sought after!
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
