D365 Test Manager – Hybrid – Diss

Remote / 1 day per month on site – Diss

My client requires an experienced Testing and Training Manager to join their Group Enterprise Applications team supporting the Microsoft D365 ERP solution (Sales/Finance/SCM), their new group wide e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce) and several other connected systems.

Key responsibilities:

To lead the Test and Training team to ensure an effective IT system Testing and Training capability
provide support to the Application Support
work closely with the Application Support Team to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and system related issues.
Management responsibility of Test Analysts
Manage and report on the testing lifecycle to manage test results, defects and overall impact.
Implementation of test automationKey Skills:

Having CE and F&O exposure would be the gold standard. Silver would be F&O gained in a commercial/retail environment. This is due to the amount of customisation we have around CE making it impossible for someone to have prior experience of our processes. Having a commercial background at the least means they understand a 'sales to invoice' process
In both management and hands on capacities, develop, review and execute test suites, report any defects and help in planning of regression testing.
Using testing tools to lead test design and validation of test data.
Using testing tools to lead training materials design.
Implementing and leading the use of test automation tools and approaches.
Experience of supporting ERP implementations across multiple sites using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience in report analysis as well as creating detailed technical and functional process documentation.
Experience of leading effective analysis workshops.
Experience of working with a diverse range of both external and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels.Salary:

The salary my client is offering for this position is £60,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
