Coaches are required to ensure that learners are prepared for the End Point Assessment (EPA). The learner needs to be aware of each element of the EPA and be ready to pass through the Assessment Gateway. Part of preparing the learner for EPA will mean ensuring that they have built up their portfolio of work throughout their programme and are collecting evidence of Off the Job training.

Good organisational skills are necessary as you will be managing a large caseload of learners and will be tracking their progress throughout their programme.

Applying and sharing good practice from the apprenticeships industry whilst keeping up to date with new technologies in line with the data industry, supported by the Data Technical Lead and Quality team.

Being an excellent communicator is essential, as you will need to quickly build rapport with and communicate with your caseload of learners, as well as provide support where needed
