Duration: ASAP for 12 months

Bonus Plan: company (paid yearly)

We are seeking enthusiastic and collaborative candidates to support the Health@Clinical team's operational systems and tools, infrastructure, and reporting that serve our sub-Clinical team and enable visibility and collaboration with our Health@ partner teams.

The Data Analyst/Data Ops Analyst will be responsible for supporting both central programs technical infrastructure as well as supporting Health Information Quality data management and data quality projects.

They will report to the central Clinical Program Management team and should be prepared to support cross-functional projects across both Clinical and Health@, representing the Clinical team.

Responsibilities

Partner with Clinical team Program Managers to define and scope appropriate technical projects such as small to medium sized dashboard and reporting infrastructure enhancements, AppsScripts deployments, and data extraction and transformation needs
Gather business and technical requirements with stakeholders to plan and structure their work
Extract and cleanse data for analysis
Manage data lifecycle processes for data creation, updates, and deprecation
Coordinate with the Clinical Program Managers to orchestrate technical implementations and release cycles
Manage backlog request queues for existing central Clinical tools & assets prioritized with ongoing projects
Document user journeys, requirements, technical build details, and user-facing materials (i.e. User Guides)

Minimum Qualifications

Experience as a data analyst or relevant IT operations experience
Proficient with SQL, data modeling, and data architecture concepts
Proficient in other scripting/programming languages (e.g. Python)
Experience gathering end user technical and business requirements
Experience testing and deploying database objects and dashboards
Dependable, detail oriented, and self sufficient with simple-to-moderate end-to-end development projects experience
Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tableau, QlilkView or QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI, or other related data visualization platform
