Data Analyst – Asset Management
Akkodis are currently working in partnership with a market leading enterprise business to recruit an established Data Analyst with experience of working within asset management.
This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package along with the option of hybrid working.
As an Asset Management Data Analyst you will work with contract teams to gather, sanitise and transform, and input data into Excel Data Load Sheets to support mobilisations and provide support to contracts around business data requirements to ensure systems are properly configured with Asset business data.
Provide data support on asset verification and mobilisation projects to ensure data in systems is accurate, comprehensive, and loaded to timescales; and maintain the integrity of both Master and Contract Data to agreed standards and defined business processes.
Act as Asset Management expert supporting the business with best practice and guidelines. Also ensuring that Asset Management process and data are maintained to an agreed standard.
Support delivery of the Asset Management service, continually seeking out improvements to better the service and improve customer experience and relationships.
Manage and maintain all tickets in relation to Requests and change through dashboards within SLA targets.
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent and demonstrable communicator
Data manipulation skills using Excel
Attention to detail – applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked
Information acquisition – well developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities in identifying gaps in the available information required to understand a problem or situation and devising means of remedying such gaps
Must have strong experience working in an asset management role
Asset Management Certificate is desirable
