Job Description

Our leading global IT firm in Sunbury on Thames is looking for a talented Data Analytics Manager to join their incredible team to support the Business. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £80,000 and additional benefits including remote or hybrid working.

What does the role entail?

Your role as the Data Analytics Manager will be to lead and support a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Analysts and work on providing business intelligence and analysis with internal and external clients. You will manage multiple projects to ensure a smooth process for clients and managers, building, developing and maintaining a range of data models, reporting systems and performance metrics that will support vital business decisions. You will be supporting, training and coaching staff to retain the best talent. You will oversee all aspects of the projects, including regulatory compliance where required. You will work on communicating business impacts showing insight and experience providing guidance when needed. Essentially ensuring the company stays on track with their business goals.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for the role will have experience working in a similar position. It is beneficial to have experience working on data visualisation tools such as Power BI & Tableau with excellent presentation skills. Also, knowledge of SQL and Data management techniques is required. It would also be advantageous if you have worked within a Software as a Service (SaaS) business and have knowledge of machine learning or AI. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player who can step in to support the staff.
