Job Description
A global consultancy firm who work with industry leaders to support strategic and operational issues are on the lookout for a Data Engineer to join their team.
The Data Engineering Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Engineer who has had a couple of years' commerical exerience, ideally within a consulting/client facing role. You will work across multi-functional teams to identify and support access to data sources in support of client needs working across a variety of systems including on-prem and cloud solutions.
Data Engineer Requirements
A strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
A minimum of 2 years' experience, particularly within a consulting environment.
Experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
Strong working SQL and Python proficiency
Excellent understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
The role will be based in the Central London office twice a week (typically a Tuesday and then the other day would be up to you!)
They are able to offer a salary of up to £65,000 as well as a generous benefits and bonus package.
