Data Engineers of all levels – Azure, AWS, GCP – London, Edinburgh, Manchester
I have partnered with a market-leading Data and Analytics Consultancy who work to support businesses from the inception and through to the completion of their data-driven journey. This means your projects could be centered around anything from developing business strategy based on data management to data engineering with the aim of unlocking the fullest potential of your data's value.
Based in the UK, they work with clients worldwide and in a range of industries, you will gain insight into a variety of markets and business sectors, helping them optimise data and expand their business capabilities through the fulfilment of their data-driven goals. Their team of highly skilled experts create technology-agnostic solutions, allowing them to integrate and manage data from across a number of applications and sources to deliver incredible results, as is demonstrated by their track record and exponential growth since they were established.
The client offers their staff flexible working, being a hybrid working arrangement but predominantly remote, going on-site to your local branch for training and lab days and occasional visits to client bases for workshops and meetings, and with offices located in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, it is highly accessible for people up and down the country.
Skillset and Experience:
Azure (ideally around 2+ years of hands-on experience) using Data Bricks, Data Factories or Synapse.
SQL Server and SQL Databases.
This role is client-facing and experience with this responsibility is required.
Experience working on large scale transformation projects
Desirable Skills –
The skills and experience below are not essential to the role, however, it may be beneficial to note any experience with any of the following:
Full BI Stack – SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Ingestion, Data Modelling, Data Pipelines
Programming experience using languages such as Python, Scala, Spark
Experience with DataOps, CI/CD and working within an agile methodologySalary/Benefits
Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience and skills.
