Job Title: HealthTech Data Manager

Job Summary:

A HealthTech firm is seeking a Data Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization, management, and maintenance of health data. They will work collaboratively with the development, product, and research teams to ensure that all data is collected, stored, and analyzed in a secure and efficient manner. The HealthTech Data Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures related to data governance, data quality, and data security.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to data governance, data quality, and data security.
Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of health data in a secure and efficient manner.
Collaborate with development, product, and research teams to ensure that all data is collected, stored, and analyzed according to best practices.
Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories to facilitate data management and analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to health data management, including HIPAA and GDPR.
Manage the data infrastructure, including data storage, backup, and recovery systems.
Identify and implement data analysis tools and techniques to support research and product development activities.
Monitor and report on key data management metrics, including data quality, data security, and data access.Requirements:

A background in healthcare/healthtech is a must!
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, health informatics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in health data management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
Experience with health data standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and CDA.
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as R, Python, and Tableau.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to health data management, including HIPAA and GDPR.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in computer science, data science, health informatics, or a related field.
Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques for data analysis. 
The Package:

$180,000 – $200,000 per annum
