Job Title: HealthTech Data Scientist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced data scientist with a strong background in healthtech. As a HealthTech Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytical skills to help improve the quality of healthcare and patient outcomes through data-driven insights. You will work closely with the product team to design, implement and evaluate new healthtech solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify data-driven solutions to healthcare problems and develop models to support these solutions.
Use advanced analytics techniques to design, develop, and deploy predictive models to support patient outcomes and healthcare operations.
Work with large-scale data sets and develop algorithms to identify trends and patterns to support data-driven decisions.
Develop and maintain machine learning models and algorithms that can be used to automate healthcare processes.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and provide guidance on best practices for data analysis and modeling.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in healthtech and data science to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning models and algorithms.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, etc.).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
