Delivery Manager – Senior Consultant
Location: Remote based with a commute into Client's London office (Triad has 2 base offices in Milton Keynes and Godalming)
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to undergo SC Clearance (Minimum requirement is to have worked in the UK for the last 5 years)

As a Delivery Manager, you will work as part of Triad's team on a variety of interesting and challenging projects throughout the year. An experienced Delivery Manager with a broad level of experience in project delivery. You will have several years of experience, as a Delivery Manager responsible for all aspects of project delivery (planning, forecasting and reporting project cost, resource planning and recruitment, risk & issue management, and client/account management). You will be managing a small team in collaboration with our client to deliver discovery or proof of concept projects. You could be managing 2-3 small projects at any given time, with a team size of 3 to 6 people.

Agile Project/Delivery Management.
Experience working on Government projects and the GDS service standards.
Solid understanding of Agile practices and philosophy.
Dynamic leadership.
Commercial acumen.
Procurement process experience.
Experience working with multiple vendors and aiding the selection process.
Stakeholder engagement.
Relevant domain experience.
Management of risk.
Experience in delivering innovation within the customer domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience is directly responsible for 5-10 individuals working as a team.
Business awareness and the ability to adapt your approach and role to fill gaps in organisations.
Recent experience delivering mission-critical/public-facing systems within Cloud-based environments.Nice to have:

Our selection process
After applying for the role, our in-house talent team will make direct contact with you to introduce Triad, discuss the role, and gather some basic information from you. If you satisfy the requirements for the role and are keen to proceed, we submit your application and CV for review. If shortlisted, we will invite you for an interview with will be via Teams Video which will be conducted by two of Triad's Delivery Managers. This will include a career review, explore mutual cultural fit, and allow you to ask questions. Successful applicants will then be called for a workshop and interview session with two of our principal consultants, for which a candidate pack will be provided beforehand. Occasionally there will be a final stage interview with our Client Services Director. We expect to be interviewing and progressing candidates through to the offer stage within 2-3 weeks of the initial conversation.
