We are looking for an experienced Deployment Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company in Stoke. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals and become part of a growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, installation and configuration of software applications and hardware systems. Especially assisting with the roll out of 220 new laptops and the reimaging of around 200 laptops. You will have a strong customer service focus, be comfortable communicating with customers directly, and be able to deliver solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
* Deploying, configuring and maintaining computer hardware and software systems
* Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical assistance to customers
* Identifying and addressing system problems
* Gathering customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement
* Ensuring systems are secure and compliant
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships

Technical Skills:
* Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
* Knowledge of system and network administration
* Experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
* Knowledge of network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
* Good problem-solving and communication skills
