Job Description
We are looking for a Desktop and Onsite Support Analyst (2nd and 3rd line) to join Stark Group in Newbury. We operate with hybrid with around 3-4 days supporting at customer sites. We share knowledge openly with a very collaborative spirit.
This purpose of the role will be to provide onsite 2nd line and 3rd line support for Workplace Equipment & Services to both Businesses & Users across multiple sites.
Experience needed:
Experience working within a similar mobile or field engineer based role, delivering 2nd or 3rd Line support to users on customer sites.
Experience working within a medium or large size organisation.
Experienced in providing Windows 10 Support, O365, SCCM, Security Compliance, Hardware & Software Install, Update & Config, working with a variety of Laptops & Desktops, proficient in mobile device management and Network Support proficient.
Great problem solver, think outside the box, adaptable, logical thinker, able to adapt to given situations.
Workload Management: Proactive in Approach, able to work to strict SLA's, manage own workload, proficient in making sure things happen on time and not being overawed by handling multiple work steams simultaneously.Responsibilities:
Visiting Customer Sites (building distribution sites) to provide on-Site Desktop Support for PC's, Terminals, Windows Operating Systems, Email, AD, Citrix, Mobile Devices, Printers and other Desktop Equipment for Saint-Gobain Technology Services.
Maintaining and providing BAU support to businesses and users through incident management Processes.
Facilitating with Projects and Ad-hoc Work Requests.
Acting as SMART hands (supporting other operational teams) as and when required.Staff Benefits
