My client a Family Office is seeking a trustworthy 1st‐3rd Line IT support engineer to cover all aspects of end user computing. They will join a small team, using the latest technologies, to deliver a secure and reliable always‐on cross platform service to users.
The user base is mostly globally roaming office workers for whom English may not be the first language, so excellent communication and analytical skills are required to quickly identify, diagnose, then resolve issues, whether by email, phone, or video call.
Security and privacy are core to everything we do, so the successful candidate should display an awareness and interest in cyber security.
Role Specifics ‐
Desktop support of Windows and Mac, laptops and desktops, iPhones, and iPads ‐
Deployment of PC and Macs using procedures and deployment tools such as MDT ‐
Deployment and management of our mobile devices using Workspace ONE UEM MDM ‐
Ensure all endpoints are updated using patch management ‐
Secure the endpoints using technologies such as AV, IPS, DLP, FW, and encryption ‐Key Skills
Strong demonstrable Windows, Mac and iOS support experience ‐
Strong Microsoft Office suite experience required ‐
Apple support certification desirable ‐Arrive on time for an 8:30am daily start in the office (role does not offer remote work)
Lunch Allowance: £6.00 per day worked ‐
Holiday entitlement: 25 days annual leave
