Job Description
DevOps Engineer £90,000 (DOE) London (fully remote UK-based role)
Hyperloop are working in partnership with a world-leader in their field who are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their growing team, on a fully remote basis being UK-based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall health and performance of web applications and services, and will build up and implement reliable infrastructure components to deliver highly scalable AWS platform services.
To be considered for the DevOps Engineer role, you must have experience in large-scale system administration and be familiar with Open Source and cloud technologies (Jenkins, Docker).
Key skills required for the role:
Strong background (3+ years' minimum) in a similar DevOps role
Strong AWS experience (building and maintaining production systems using EC2, RDS, S3)
Ansible, Terraform
Scripting experience with Python, Bash, Ruby or PHP
Strong Linux/Unix
Familiar with large-scale databases such as SQL, MySQL
Docker, Jenkins
Experience writing automation
Source code control (Git)
The role is paying up to £90,000 (DOE) + bonus and benefits and the ability to work fully remote in any UK based location.
