Digital AI Platform Designer

Reporting directly to the Digital Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for building new features and optimizing each step of the AI assisted conversational experiences across web, apps and other channels. You will work alongside, and collaborate with, our talented designers, content editors, product owners and developers to deliver an excellent customer experience across all channels. You will join a growing team of talented designers and content editors, working in London Southbank. This role is a great opportunity to be involved in defining the future of a market-leading product and delivering a great experience for their customers.
Key skills and experience:
3+ years’ experience in building conversational experiences e.g. web messaging, automated chatbots
Strong technical knowledge, ideally with an understanding of AI, Machine Learning
Experience of working with the LivePerson Conversational Cloud AI platform preferred
Experience designing and developing Chatbots, messaging and automation experiences for various channels (web, Facebook Messenger, SMS, WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, native apps etc.)
Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
Experience of designing and building for web/mobile/tablet/native apps
Excellent development skills and demonstrating problem-solving skills
