The role:

Building relationships with new audiences and targeting typical personas.
Maximising campaign performance.
Analysing monthly reports and using the information to build reports to optimise the company's success and potential opportunities.
Posting social media content and scheduling the posts.
Building a community through posts and content.
Reporting on the changes in the community that has been built.
Creating authentic social media copies for the audience.
General Digital Marketing duties.

Skills Needed:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
IT skills and being 'tech savvy' is necessary.
The ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure is key.
Having the ability to adapt from working and an individual as well as part of a team.
Forward thinking and an attention to detail are necessary for this role.
Analytical, numerical, and grammatical skills are key.
Understanding of SEO and Analytics
