We are looking for a number of Digital Performance Analysts to work alongside our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.

You'll deliver the analysis and insight on which innovations and improvements to integral government services are built.

You'll develop and communicate the measures, multi-source analytics, and insights to help our leaders and decision makers really understand if what we're doing is working for us, and for the 22 million+ people who use our services every day.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

You nurture a deep understanding of business goals and can turn these into tangible performance measures while supporting teams to build digital products to agree and work with the KPIs and measures of success
You can integrate quantitative data with qualitative data, such as user surveys and user research, to develop hypotheses for service improvements and offer recommendations on the best tools and methods to be used
You can turn complex data into compelling, clear and actionable stories. You can present insights and visualisations in clear ways to communicate complex messages
You can communicate negative and positive information to stakeholders. You know how to give tactical and strategic recommendations
You can see and implement changes necessary, improving processes and ways of working whilst considering their impactDetails. Wages. Perks.

We have one role which can be based in Birmingham and two roles which could be based in either Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield.

We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly. We work a hybrid model which will see you collaborating face-to-face in the office about 40% of the time, with the option to work at home the rest of the time.
