Job:                       Digital Solution Sales Specialist
Location:               Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK
Salary:                  £30,000 – £59,000 p.a DOE
Verus Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with Sheffield’s leading software and eCommerce studio and we are looking for an experienced Digital Solution Sales Specialist to join the team. We are ideally looking for someone with experience focused on enterprise eCommerce and the ability to sell solutions in a multi-product environment.

About the role:

As the Digital Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders to promote solutions. You will be working in partnership with medium to large enterprise accounts and selling commerce, digital experience and analytics solutions.

As part of the sales team, you will plan the overall Commerce strategy for a defined territory or industry.
Working with the partnered (IBM, Big Commerce, Magnolia etc.) enterprise sales teams to ensure our client's Commerce solutions become the first choice for their strategic customers.
Work with the internal marketing team to develop and execute projects to drive pipeline and close deals.
Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.
Support and guide customers from the initial adoption of Commerce technologies, through to digital experience and analytics.
Build relationships and trust with senior IT and business executives within key accounts, creating long term partnerships and becoming their trusted advisor.
Develop sales best practices, securing repeatable and expansive opportunities with new accounts.
Forecast and report on leads and opportunity progression to the Sales Director.
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets. About you:

A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve goals.
Excels at questioning, qualification and closing.
The ability to identify appropriate sales strategies and execute the sales plan.
Skilful objection handling techniques and ability to operate at all levels within an organisation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain value propositions and identified key decision-makers.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to present to senior executives at large organisations.
Positive disposition. Experience:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams.
4+ year’s experience in a solution sales role.
3+ year’s experience focused on enterprise eCommerce. (IBM WebSphere Commerce, Oracle Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Salesforce DemandWare, Adobe/ Magento) What will make you stand out:

Background in consultative customer engagement with a commerce/digital experience software provider or on the sales team of a commerce/digital experience software reseller.
Broad experience with enterprise commerce and digital experience technologies. What’s in it for you:
