Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working in an exclusive partnership with a world class manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire as the look to recruit a Divisional IT Manager.

Hybrid role 3 days office, 2 days home

The Division IT Manager will develop and manage the direction and daily activities of the IT function, recommending and implementing IT solutions to support the company wide strategy whilst maintaining efficient, fit for purpose and compliant IT systems, technology and business solutions.

This role will champion Digital tools and process automation with primarily focus on business application implementation, improvement and support.

Key duties & responsibilities:

* Improve IT operational efficiencies, lead Lean initiatives, drive cost efficiencies, and implement Corporate and Group best practice standards and documentation
* Ensure IT budgets are fully developed and agreed upon by division leadership
* Work directly leadership teams to develop IT strategic plans to aid the business in meeting financial and operational commitments
* Manage and coordinate across the group resources to implement best practice infrastructure and security processes and technology
* Work directly with functional teams to understand needs and deliver enhanced capabilities, new technology and systems
* Enhance systems and process to be SOX compliant, this includes Disaster Recovery Plans, vulnerability remediation, and full compliance with applicable regulations
* Own the Digital operations and application portfolio strategy
* Lead a Team dedicate to Service Desk Management. (third-parties management, Service Desk standard processes definition and Service Desk SLA's measurement and definition)
* Successfully lead IT personnel and cross-group regional IT resources within assigned technology value stream

We are keen to speak with ambitious, commercially minded IT leaders who possess the following skills & experience:

* IT or Computer related Degree
* Demonstrable experience of managing IT across multiple locations/sites withing a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Excellent knowledge of IT Operations, business processes, and demonstrable experience of ERP, financial, Supply Chain, operations and engineering applications
* Hands-on leadership of major IT change initiatives
* Background in Lean, Quality, Finance, or business operations
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proven Project management skills
* Excellent budget management skills
* Proven leadership, people management and development skills
