Our client is seeking a skilled Drupal/PHP Developer for a full-time remote-first position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Custom programming and web application development using Drupal

* Occasional WordPress development

* Testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of existing sites

* Collaborating with the team to find solutions to website development challenges

Key Requirements:

* At least 1 year of professional experience in Drupal 8-based web development

* Experience in creating custom Drupal modules

* Experience in Drupal theming

* Experience in maintaining and administering Drupal websites

* Strong skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL

* Experience in object-oriented coding

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong ability to work remotely in a focused and reliable manner

* Willingness to learn and embrace emerging web technologies

Desired Skills:

* Experience in Drupal 7

* Experience in WordPress-based web development

* Experience in creating custom WordPress plugins

* Experience in WordPress theming

* Experience in maintaining and administering WordPress websites

* Experience in Timber, Lumberjack or similar

* Experience in WordPress Block API

* Experience in Laravel or other PHP frameworks

* Experience in working with external APIs

* Experience in Git for source control

* Experience in working closely with front-end developers
