Job Description

If you are passionate about Computing, this could be the role for you! As an End User Compute Lead at Elysium, you will manage and oversee the company's End User Computing environment. You will ensure that the technology infrastructure and end user experience meet the business requirements and comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Working 37.5 hours, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an EUC strategy that aligns with Elysium's goals and objectives, managing the delivery of EUC services to all locations, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will get to manage and support the implementation of new technology solutions and ensure that all EUC-related incidents are resolved in a timely and effective manner, minimizing disruption to business operations.

In this role, you will develop and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and vendors and works with the training department to implement a training program to ensure that end users are proficient in the use of EUC technologies. The EUC Lead plays a critical role in enabling Elysium Healthcare to effectively use technology to achieve its business objectives and deliver high-quality healthcare services to its patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contributes to development of configuration management strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines, including the Configuration Management Plan.
Contributes to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines for software configuration, design, and deployment.
Sets standards, policies and strategies relating to End User computing services and technologies.
Ensures that EUC strategy is aligned with security and compliance policy and standards.
Translates logical designs, standards, and policies into functional EUC technologies. Delivers technical prototypes of proposed components for approval and production
Oversee solution development, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout, to End User computing solutions.
Manage the adoption of appropriate release and deployment techniques, processes, and tools.
Take technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of EUC configuration development and deployment.
SME for configuration, compliance, and deployment technologies.
Provides authoritative advice and guidance on all EUC services.
Conducting audits of software and hardware assets to ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the secure disposal of software and hardware assets and implementing cost-effective solutions.
Providing regular reports and analysis on the status of software and hardware assets to key stakeholders within Elysium.
Working with IT administrator & procurement team on procurement strategies for EUC
Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for software and hardware purchases.To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as an EUC Lead, with a track record of managing and improving service desk standards and best practices in a healthcare or related sector.
ITIL V3 or V4 certification with a strong working knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
Experience of managing EUC operations in a multi-site environment.
Experience in deploying and maintaining enterprise-scale IT service management tools.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to set objectives, drive service improvements, and deliver results within a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams at all levels.What you will get
