Software Engineer Manager – React.js, Node,js, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, remote

To work for an ambitious European FinTech business, in the b2b lending sector. They enable companies to raise funding quickly and efficiently through their online SaaS platform

This is a fully remote roles and paying between €90-110k + benefits that include equity options. As it is remote, the position is open to anyone within the EU and for the first 3 months you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and code whilst you build rapport with the team and gain knowledge of the technologies, methodologies, and structures within the company.

Role Expectations:

Defining the roadmap for the upcoming year with your Product counterpart

Making technical decisions and people management 

Communicating with your team and stakeholders

At least 30% of your time will be dedicated to management

Reviewing and writing code 

Partner with other functions to develop solutions

Required Experience:

Strong background in React.js and Node.js

Willing to start as an individual contributor for up to 3 months 

Worked as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager before 

Broad technical experience and be willing to learn new tech

Experience with Data Structures 

Fluent in English
