    Job Description

    Contract:           EPR Business Change Analyst

    Rate:                      £350 per day + VAT, outside IR35

    Location:            West Midlands, on-site and remote working

    Duration:           9 months

    Start:                      March 2023

    We are looking for a contract Business Change Analyst to work with our client, a healthcare provider on a large digital transformation programme. In this assignment, you will be:

    Reporting into a Business Change Manager, delivering new clinical and administrative systems in an acute Hospital environment

    Delivering process maps, SOPs and Operational Impact Assessments

    Conducting gap and ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ analysis with the relevant stakeholders

    Ensuring that new applications meet user and organisational needs by organising and facilitating workshops and on-site dress rehearsals

    Listening and learning the way the organisation works and quickly adjusting your approach accordingly
