About the opportunity

twentyAi is partnered with a rapidly growing tech firm who are bringing world class business management to mid-sized UK manufacturers with Acumatica, the world’s fastest growing cloud-based ERP platform.

Their Acumatica Practice is growing fast. This is a great opportunity to be part of the founding team. The team needs customer-facing technical advocates, with manufacturing experience, to scale our delivery capability. As part of a focused, talented team you will be supporting both delivery and sales activity, with plenty of variety across industry sectors.

Core responsibilities

* Support our customers through the journey of implementing the Acumatica ERP system.

* Become and expert in the Acumatica ERP product and stay up to date with changes in the product.

* Run discovery sessions.

* Gather and document functional and technical requirements.

* Analyse the requirements against Acumatica ERP functionality.

* Configure Acumatica ERP.

* Manage project activities and timelines.

* Train users on relevant areas of the Acumatica ERP system.

* Work with customers to fond solutions to their requirements in Acumatica ERP.

* Produce specifications for reports and customisations.

* Work with the technical team to test and deploy reports and customisations.

* Provide support to our live customers.

Valued experience:

Five or more years of work experience.

Worked in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Technical and practical exposure to business management platforms.

Business process engineering.

Things to consider:

This opportunity requires three days a week in our office on the customer site. From time to time, travel and overnight stays are necessary for project delivery. You will need a full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits:

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum

£5,000 Car allowance

25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
