We are seeking an experienced and motivated ERP Manager to join our team. As an ERP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP system, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will be the go-to person for internal queries relating to system use and potential bugs, escalating issues to gold partners when needed. You will also work with the business to create functional requirements and user stories, ensuring that data owners are following best practices and managing our master data.

As a senior role, you will be involved in multiple digitisation projects to enhance and utilise Business Central data and functionalities. This will include reviewing and analysing the current state of the system and developing strategies for improving or further leveraging existing processes. You will also enhance functionality and end-user experiences by utilising the MS Power Platform.

* To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years of experience configuring, maintaining, documenting, and supporting a company's ERP.
* You must have a general understanding of accounting and operations processes, with logistics and sales process experience being an advantage.
* You should also have knowledge of data analytics using tools such as PowerBI, and advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.

In addition to your technical skills, you must be a strong communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You should be able to work well on your initiative and present ideas, with strong analytical skills and a structured, methodical, and well-organized approach. You should also be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines, with enthusiasm and self-motivation, and a proactive approach to all tasks.
