ERP Systems Manager
Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £40k – £60k DOE
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic ERP Systems Manager with great communication skills to join a National Engineering company based in Tunbridge Wells. This will be an onsite based role at their Head Offices in Tunbridge Wells.
 
Maybe you are already a ERP Systems Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced ERP Applications Support analyst looking to take a step up.
 
They are currently using a heavily bespoke Sage 200 software. They will be looking for the successful candidate to drive a move to a new ERP package, possibly MS Dynamics but they are looking for you to be fully involved in the decision-making process.
 
The ERP implementation will take place over the next 12 months and the role will then revert to administering and managing the system.
 
You will work with users, stakeholders, and business partners on process improvements to ensure the implementation meets the business needs. You will naturally have excellent technical IT skills, but this will be complemented by strong interpersonal, analytical and project management skills.
 
DUTIES:

Designing and managing implementation projects
Managing third party ERP Application Support and 3rd party IT Support providers
Producing training documents.
Providing training.
Providing business reports.
Support of other projects within the IT department. Experience:

You will ideally have experience of implementing and supporting ERP Systems. Covering areas such as:
Trading and financial reporting.
General all round business operations.
Sales reporting.
Procurement & purchasing.
Inventory control.
Route Planning
Procurement
Delivery scheduling & management.
Account analysis & data analytics
Experience in creating reports using business intelligence reporting such as SSRS and an understanding of SQL would be desirable
