My favourite educational client is welcoming a Field Service Technician to join their team on a permanent basis!
This is a diverse role, where one day you'll gain hands-on experience resolving hardware problems and being the first/second point of contact for fixing and solving software issues, and the next, you'll be travelling to a variety of locations, meeting the clients face-to-face and providing excellent customer service!
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves a challenge!
You'll be based in the Ash Vale office (flexible working from home) providing 1st/2nd Line Support with:
-Office 365 administration
-Active Directory administration
-Confident ability to troubleshoot
-Hardware knowledge (desirable)
-Educational sector experience (desirable)
