Finance Business Analyst, Up to £70k + 15% bonus + enhanced benefits (10% pension / Medical + other flexible benefits) Permanent, Hybrid London

Working for a large financial services company, you will be working as a Business Analyst to support the finance teams as well as other areas of the business. You will be required to analyse business and system issues and translate them into structured documentation as well as working with stakeholders to assist them in defining what needs to be done with the transition from the 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' process. You'll be working within the Business Change Team, and you'll need great communication skills, be naturally analytical and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

Key requirements:

Extensive background in a Business or Systems Analysis role within the Insurance sector
Demonstrable background in delivering business and technology change
Solid background of Insurance particularly Lloyds & London Market
