Job Description

IT Support Analyst – Fist Line Support Analyst – Helpdesk – 1st Line Support – IT Support – PC Support – First Line Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst will be accountable for all first line IT support for one or more of the office locations. The role will investigate and diagnose issues with all local infrastructure, covering end user devices, service desk calls, voice and data networks, local backups, printers, keyless door locks, etc.

Skills Required:

* Diagnose and resolve PC hardware and software issues

* Diagnose and resolve Mac hardware and software issues

* Diagnose and resolve printer issues

* Diagnose and resolve network issues (voice and data, wired and wireless)

* Configure, monitor and manage local processes, including local backups, patching of hardware, keyless door locks, etc

* Provide support to staff and customers via telephone, email and remote control

* Follow IT and business processes, procedures, policies and principles

* To assist in all IT related project work

Skills Required:

* Experience of PCs and Servers (Windows 7, 8, 10) and Active Directory

* Mac (MacOS)

* Mobile devices (iOS and Android)

* Networking (voice & data, wired & Wi-Fi), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

* Office 365 configuration, use and support

* Able to provide support face-to-face, and over phone and email
