Corecom Consulting has recently partnered with a well-established, award winning, software company. The successful candidates will work across three flagship products. We are on the lookout for two strong Product Support Advisors who will work towards reducing SLA times by 3 days.

Working as a 1st line support, your roles will involve:

Managing incoming telephone and email queries through to resolution
Using Salesforce to track and resolve tickets
Keeping customers up-to-date with ticket progress
Helping people identify and resolve issues

Therefore, if you have any of the following, I would love to speak to you:

Problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills
Good listening skills
Ability to work effectively in fast paced environments
Passion for teamwork
GCSE or equivalent – Maths, English and Science
