    Job Description

    We seek an experienced First Line Support Professional to join our financial services client. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of resolving customer inquiries and problems promptly and efficiently.

    An ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

    Logging issues
    Working through support tickets
    Laptop setups and issues
