Job Description

Front End/UI Developer – Green-tech – Remote – £55k

Do you want to work for a Green-tech organisation that are accelerating a global energy transition to net zero?

Avanti recruitment are working with a Green-tech, global Energy body that brings energy expertise together around the world. They are a unique network spanning across Energy, oil and gas and innovative renewable energy technologies.

The company are building a knowledge centre aimed at the energy sector, to provide the skills that are helping us to consume it better, and develop the good practice needed to keep it safe and secure.

They do this by:

* Developing and equipping the future energy workforce

* Advising decision-making professionals through data and analytics

* Producing lower carbon energy, in a more efficient and safe way

With a brand new Greenfield website build happening right now, they need an experienced Front End Developer to join the team on a remote basis and take ownership of the project. As the Front End Developer you will be creating dynamic data visualization graphs and charts for web applications.

You’ll liaise with the Head of Digital and other stakeholders throughout the project, so great communication and delivery skills are essential.

You’ll have the autonomy and independence to work with the framework you want to work with (within Javascript), and make technical business decisions. You’ll be responsible for setting and delivering high-quality, clean code that performs seamlessly cross-browsers.

This role can be predominately remote, with 1 day a month visits to the office in central London.
