Job Overview:

As their first software engineer hire, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of their software development team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining desktop applications using C# and WPF for the aerospace industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into well-designed and efficient software solutions. You will also have a say in the technologies we use to build these systems and help us grow our software development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain desktop applications using C# and WPF for the aerospace industry.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into software solutions that meet their needs.
Test and debug software to ensure it meets quality standards and is free of defects.
Provide input on the technologies used to build their software systems.
Help grow and manage our software development team.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in desktop software development using C# and WPF.
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and WPF.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
