German speaking Account/Project Manager – London (Hybrid) – £30K-£35K

I am currently looking for a project manager who will be responsible for the management of accounts and projects which require excellent communication skills in both German and English who will ensure projects are delivered smoothly and be accountable for building, developing, and maintaining important client relationships.

This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation with 30 years' experience of designing and producing brands that win at the retail shelf. This is a 3-day working on site and 2 days at home role.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administration and running of accounts/projects and for maintaining long-standing client relationships as well as building and maintaining strong internal relationships across the company.
To own and manage entire projects from taking the initial brief from the client to obtaining approval to release the project to the client, working closely with the internal Design and Artwork teams to facilitate the production of packaging for our clients.
Responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline. Managing conflicting deadlines to ensure changing priorities are recognised and planned for accordingly.
Communicate with clients professionally, building client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the Company.
Maintain excellent standards of spoken and written communication in German and English.
Effectively communicate client briefs to the Design and Artwork departments to ensure work is produced to client specification first time.
Ensure the accuracy and precision of all work by continuously checking all details against the client brief, brand guidelines and/or style guides.Job Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of account/project management experience
'A' Level and/or professional level of writing and speaking German is required as a minimum; fluency is preferred.
FMCG packaging/working within a print and design environment is desired.
Previous experience of working within a creative environment is desired.
Experience of dealing with clients with high expectations within a pressured environment delivering to tight deadlines is essential.
Demonstration of ability to build strong working relationships.
Ability to manage the commerciality of projects to make sure they are profitable and delivered to time scale.
You will be flexible and able to co-ordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, efficient, and highly organised.German speaking Account/Project Manager – London (Hybrid) – £30K-£35K
