We are now hiring to further build our young and vibrant team. As such we are looking for German -speaking Trainee Recruiters. Roles and Responsibilities

Suitable candidate MUST have some level of experience in a Sales, Marketing, customer service or advertising environment. Previous experience in any recruitment sector will be a bonus but not a show stopper.

Your day-to-day role will include the following:

* New Business Development

* Incumbent Business Development

* Key-Account Management

* Facilitation and Negotiating of contracts

* Digital/Social Media Advertising and Marketing

* Building new relationships with our large portfolio of clients.

Personal Attributes

To be a successful employee, you will need to have the following attributes:

* Fluency in German.

* Advanced level English

* A resilient and strong Work ethic

* Professionally and Financially Motivated

* Confident communicator coupled with a vibrant attitude.

Rewards and Salary –

We offer a competitive salary for our consultants along with an uncapped commission and bonus structure. All our employees can expect to earn at least £35k-£45k OTE in their first year..

Base Salary: £23-25K for the first year. This will be reviewed after 12 months (depending on Training, progression and success).
