You will develop and execute the product strategy for the GIS team, ensuring alignment with the company's internal business needs and objectives.
Manage the entire product life cycle for GIS products and services used for internal business purposes, from ideation to retirement, including defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and prioritizing features and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, including data analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality GIS products that meet internal business needs.
Utilize ESRI Enterprise and PostGRES DB to design and maintain geospatial databases for internal use, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
Maintain best practices for data management, quality control, and performance optimization of the GIS products and services used for internal business purposes.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the GIS products and services used internally, including user engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.
Conduct internal market research and analysis to identify internal business needs, trends, and opportunities for innovation in the GIS space.
Maintain a deep understanding of internal business requirements and ensure that GIS products and services are designed to meet those requirements.
Work with internal teams to create strategies for deploying and integrating GIS products and services into the organization's internal business processes and systems.
Work alongside a team of GIS professionals, including GIS analysts, DB managers in a collaborative way to deliver best in class GIS resource to the business.
