Job Objective:

Manage the regulatory reporting and Finance& Accounting activities Pension Scheme Admin process.

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform activities like bank reconciliation , Investment Reconciliation

• Support in month-end Accounting and Reporting for the Scheme.

•Complete the financial Controls Reports and assist in analysis of discrepancies.

•Liaison with the Client’s Finance team and internal Ops and IT teams.

•Manage Audit deliverables and Liaison with the Auditors for various Internal and External Audits.

•Managing Accounting impact and rectifications for the various Incidents.

•Track and deposit contribution cheque

•Issue manual P45 as per regulatory requirement

•Team player and ability to work in complex process.

•Strong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills are required.

•Ability to meet deadlines & drive results.

•Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

•Customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible.

•Good process management skill with a strong focus and understanding of risks and controls.
