Graduate / Junior Embedded Software Engineer required by a growing engineering company located in Fareham. Due to continued success and planned expansion the company are looking to hire a Graduate / Junior Embedded Software Engineer to join their existing team.

The company has a great track record of hiring graduates from Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar academic backgrounds and helping them progress into one of various different areas of the business – from team / project management to becoming a subject matter expert in one area of technology /product development. There are various potential avenues for progression.

The successful Graduate/Junior Embedded Software Engineer is likely to have a degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering and an enthusiasm for firmware / embedded software engineering.

Essential Experience;

– Relevant degree in Electronic Engineering or similar

– C and/or VHDL programming

– Embedded or electronic systems knowledge

Any experience in one or more of the following is not essential but would be advantageous;

– Embedded Linux

– Algorithm development

– ASIC Programming

– Python

– MATLAB

– LabVIEW
