A leading company in the strength and fitness industry, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team and their mission; to empower individuals to reach their full potential through strength and fitness. They are dedicated to becoming the top strength brand in Europe and are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to help bring their brand to life through visually stunning assets across digital and offline channels.

The Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the creation of all design work within the company, ensuring that the company's brand is effectively conveyed through industry-leading visual assets across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities

Leading design for key digital assets such as email templates, web banners, landing pages, and social media.

Producing top-quality marketing materials to support sales and pitch efforts while adhering to brand guidelines and showcasing the company's brand to new prospects.

Acting as a brand guardian and ensuring all creative work is of the highest quality.

Supporting the Head of Marketing in enhancing the company's website experience by leading design updates and supporting website improvements.

Supporting the Head of Marketing in launching a new website by inputting on website changes, working with developers to create content pages, and conducting QA.

Leading design on creative assets for key campaigns.

Feeding into creative briefs and ensuring that photography and videography align with overall design concepts.

Working with sales and product teams on co-branded products with third-party suppliers and customer co-branding.

Requirements

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).

Strong creative mindset and passion for creating attention-grabbing designs.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to interpret a creative brief and bring designs from concept to completion.

Experience working with brand guidelines.

Strong team player with a willingness to support other team members.

Self-driven and able to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.

Passion for the strength and fitness industry.
