Group Head of IT

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: Dependent on experience (Up to £75,000)

We are looking for a Group Head of IT to join a leading company specialising in property and estate agency located in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, implementation and operation of IT systems across the business. This is a highly visible role and requires excellent technical leadership skills and the ability to take a proactive role in managing the IT needs of all stakeholders.

The Group Head of IT will be expected to:
* Lead the development of IT systems across the business
* Develop and implement IT policies, processes and procedures
* Provide technical support and guidance to all stakeholders
* Monitor, maintain and improve the performance of IT systems
* Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies and regulations
* Manage the IT budget
* Manage both internal and external partners

Technical Skills Required:
* Proven experience in IT management and leadership
* Experience in leading IT projects from planning to implementation
* Good knowledge of IT systems, networks, databases and applications
* Knowledge of IT security, disaster recovery and data protection
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
