    Job Description

    An exciting fully remote PHP based Development Manager position overseeing a team of developers, working within this well-established and fast-growing software platform, part of large PLC Group. This position is fully remote, as long as you are based anywhere in the UK.

    This established and highly regarded software platform is seeking an experienced Development Manager with experience managing teams and PHP/Laravel development projects.

    Your varied role will involve:

    managing the end-to-end process for a variety of exciting projects
    You'll also be responsible for maintaining project management tools and documents, highlighting potential risks and acting proactively to resolve any issues along the way.
    Managing and liaising with teams of PHP Developers to ensure efficient Project delivery
    Defining and understanding project requirements, developing and delivering effective plans
    You will have experience managing PHP developers and have the desire to join an employee focussed organisation with excellent personal and career development.
