Head of IT (80K DOE + 20% Bonus) – Blackburn / Hybrid

I'm working with a Global Solutions Provider, looking for a new Head of IT due to massive company growth through a couple of recent, and future acquisitions. The company has huge plans to grow and even double in size over the next few years, making this a great time to join, having influence on big decisions globally. The position will come with managing a team of engineers/developers, managing Portfolio and Demand activities, partners contracting, and in general all governance aspect of an IT department (including budget and its follow-up). You can expect to handle Business-IT critical tasks and system improvements and play a key part in the new ERP Platform rollout that's due to take place.

As Head of IT, you'll be looked to for fresh ideas to really drive the companies IT Infrastructure, presenting new developments at conferences, and planning web application developments; participating in scrum calls and sprint planning. We will be looking for someone who'd class themselves as a Subject Matter expert with supporting MAC OSX, Windows, and all common office software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe and Hikvision security systems.

Technical experiences that we are looking for are as follows:

Windows and Mac Operating Systems
Expert Excel knowledge with good grasp on data analysis
Software Development experience/understanding
ERP Platforms
E-commerce CMS platform/features in open technologies (Magento WooCommerce, Shopify, main social networks & marketplaces …)
Integration technologies (API, WebServices)Other than the company progression, some of the other benefits are listed below.
