A major technology business based in Birmingham is looking for someone to manage and grow its ITAD and tech recycling capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a huge role in an important strategic move for this tech giant.

You will be given the autonomy and trust to run the business unit, using your expertise and experience to develop an grow the service offerings as well as build the customer base. You will also have full control of the ITAD P&L. This is a strategic role and would suit someone who has been at MD or other director level within a tech disposal and recycling business.

Requirements:

Vast understanding of ITAD legislation
Knowledge of ITAD policies and procedures
Proven ability to lead and grow a business or business unit
Understanding of a variety of ITAD services and products
Ability to manage a large team
Ability to lead ITAD strategy – not just operational experience
Experience of running a P&L
