Head of IT Service Delivery, Senior IT Service Delivery Manager required to work for a Professional Services company based in the City of London. This is an exciting role where you will have the influence to give the Service Delivery set-up / infrastructure a huge overhaul / influence. This will be a part remote role but you will also be expected to be in the office on occasions.

Duties and responsibilities
* The incumbent will be expected to perform up to Level 6 of the Customer Service Support within the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA). This includes:
* Influences the strategic direction and takes responsibility for the full range of customer service functions, including organisational frameworks for complaints, service standards and operational agreements.
* Defines service channels, service levels, standards and the monitoring process for customer service or service desk staff.
* Provides leadership to deliver the service culture required to deliver required organisational outcomes.
Key skills and experience required
* At least 10 years' experience in relevant roles in a legal or comparable professional services organisation is essential.
* Evidence of ability to operate at SFIA Level 6 or above.
* Professional accreditation in ITIL, preferably ITIL Managing Professional (MP) and/or ITIL Strategic leader.
* Excellent understanding of cyber security best practice in a service delivery context.
* Able to effectively translate and accurately communicate technology matters to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong ability to communicate clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing
* Demonstrable experience of managing teams in a matrix-environment.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Curious and inquisitive mind-set, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
* Professional manner with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
