Chief Technical Officer – London (Hybrid) – GBP (phone number removed) DOE

An innovative and award-winning software company is looking for a Head of Software Engineering to lead its technical vision and strategy. You will be responsible for the overall technology direction and development of their products, and play a key role in shaping the future of the company.

This role requires you to work from the London-based office 2 times a week therefore, you will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technology strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with the business goals
Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software products
Manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software industry, and make recommendations for adopting new technologies where appropriate
Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive the company's growth and successRequirements:

10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles in software development
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies
Solid experience leading and amanging offshore development teams
Strong technical background with experience in developing software products
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Deep understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and experience leading software development teamsBenefits:
